Flytech has entered into an agreement to adopt the Stock Affairs e-Counter Platform provided by the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC), allowing shareholders to handle designated shareholding matters using digital signatures.

For other stock-related services not yet available on the e-Counter platform, shareholders are requested to continue submitting applications in written form with their original specimen seal to our company's stock registrar (shareholder services agent).
