Flytech Technology (6206) Reports Record Q2 Pre-Tax Margin of 31.6%；Profitability Hits Historic Highs as First-Half EPS Reaches NT$5.93

Flytech Technology (6206.TW), a global leader in IPC solutions, today announced its consolidated financial results for the second quarter of 2026. Q2 consolidated revenue reached NT$1.88 billion, up 38% YoY, led by strong demand in the Americas. Gross margin reached 45.4%, while operating margin expanded nearly 500 bps YoY to 30.9%. Pre-tax margin surged over 1,200 bps to 31.6%, crossing the 30% threshold for the first time. Net profit jumped 128% YoY to NT$489 million, yielding a quarterly EPS of NT$3.42 and reflecting sustained earnings growth.

Despite raw material price volatility and supply chain challenges, Flytech delivered record revenue and profitability for H1 2026. Growth was driven by deeper end-market adoption, AI software and edge computing upgrades, and enhanced operating leverage. For H1 2026, gross profit rose 28% YoY to NT$1.54 billion; operating income grew 37% to NT$1 billion; and net profit increased 57% to NT$848 million, bringing H1 EPS to NT$5.93.

Our Q3 order visibility remains high, with shipment momentum up significantly YoY. Concurrently, AI vision technologies from software subsidiaries Berry AI and Angible have reached commercial scale. Exponential software growth expected in H2 will generate recurring revenue, effectively smoothing hardware seasonality. On the cost front, Flytech continues to advance multi-sourcing and supply chain resilience to ensure component availability and safeguard overall margin quality.
