General Warranty

Flytech provides 13 months product general warranty from the date of shipment from Flytech to Buyer. For any non-conforming or defect caused by Flytech found within the general warranty validation period, Flytech shall provide depot repair or replacement without material and labor charge. Flytech will issue the RMA number for defects returning. Each party is required to pay RMA shipping cost, custom fee and tax each party for one journey.

DOA Warranty

In addition to general warranty, Flytech also offers DOA warranty. For any non-conforming or defect caused by Flytech, Flytech shall provide depot repair or replacement without material and labor charge. All shipping cost, related custom fee, and tax for DOA RMA shall be at Flytech’s expenses.

Warranty Extension

Flytech also provides warranty extension for special projects with premium charge. For any non-conforming or defect caused by Flytech found within the general warranty validation period, Flytech shall provide depot repair or replacement without material and labor charge. For the first 13 months, each party pays for one journey of RMA repair shipping cost, custom fee and tax. Starting from the 14TH month to warranty expiration, all the shipping cost, custom cost and tax for round trips shall be at Buyer’s expense. For those parts whose mean time between failure (MTBF) is shorter than the extended warranty shall be specified and excluded into warranty extension coverage.
